The Head of Operations will hold overall responsibility for business operations ensuring seamless integration with the company’s scientific focus. This role includes oversight for research operations, project planning, finance, legal, and BD. Collaborating across the organization, the Head of Operations will be responsible for transforming the overarching vision into tactical plans to realize the corporation’s goals and objectives.

To work as a General Practitioner to provide effective health management to clients, including nutrition, medication, and lifestyle improvement, in order to promote health, prevent disease, and facilitate recovery from illness.

Director of Product Research and Development （R&D Manager）

Responsible for research and development of individualised longevity health management diagnostic and therapeutic projects, as well as the overall process;

Responsible for carrying out customised R&D services for drugs and therapies, covering aging interventions, intractable diseases and rare diseases;

Responsible for research and development of longevity health management intelligent system (AI), providing intelligent health management solutions for organisations, individuals and families;

Provide decision support for doctors and health managers to develop customer health management solutions;

Responsible for the management, declaration and review of intellectual property rights related to R&D projects.

Calculation Supervisor

Responsible for analysing and calculating customers’ multi-dimensional physical examination data to achieve disease risk prediction and accurate health management based on aging state assessment of aging markers;

Responsible for establishing the intelligent operation and management (software) system of Longevity Health Management Centre, including internal operation optimisation and external output;

Assist the supervisor to research and develop the intelligent system of longevity health management (AI) to provide intelligent health management solutions for organisations, individuals and families.

Inspection Commissioner

Master the inspection method and inspection based on the standard, understand the inspection process.

Do a good job of all the preparations for the test, and to ensure that the corresponding test requirements.

Precision and valuable instruments to strengthen the management, often check, precision and valuable instruments to record files, clear responsibility.

To be familiar with the laboratory instruments, equipment, functions, features and operating methods, regular maintenance and repair.

Promote the department from the technology, quality, management of multi-dimensional have reached the international and domestic similar leading level;

Responsible for the management of biosafety work.
